The true meat lover must definitely add this restaurant to their list. Carcasse is the 4th best steak restaurant in the world. Chef Timon can be seen at work in his open kitchen. He also takes the time to come to each table to explain about the meat. The original restaurant is located in Sint-Idesbald and there is now also a new restaurant in Knokke.
The meat comes from butcher Dierendonck and is really super tasty👌🏻
We enjoyed the chef's menu. A 5-course menu with a super tender juicy ribeye as the main course. A la carte dining is also possible. There is a wide selection of meat dishes🐮
Unfortunately, you won't find anything else on the menu, apart from the classic desserts.
