I had a timeless experience at La Butte au Bois, at the restaurant Le Ciel, combining an exceptional workshop with extraordinary food and wine. Seated around the handcrafted “vortex” table, I explored the renovated wine cellar and the “Wunderkammer,” a fascinating mini-museum of minerals, fossils, and exceptional gemstones, with insightful explanations from professionals. I even got to hold a piece of the Moon, Mars, and a stone over 7 billion years old, older than the Sun mysterious and incredible. This unforgettable dinner was made possible thanks to Galerie Grenade and Jochen Leen. An absolutely unique experience, highly recommended.
