Admire Sekumpul Waterfall
Sekumpul Waterfall is arguably the most breathtaking waterfall in Bali (or even Indonesia). It’s definitely the most beautiful we’ve seen! At the entrance, you’ll find options for a medium hike (150,000 IDR) or a long hike (250,000 IDR) with a local guide. These hikes take you to multiple waterfalls and through beautiful rice fields, spanning 2 to 4 hours. However, if you’re not up for a long trek, you can just pay 20,000 IDR for access to the viewpoint, which offers an incredible panoramic view of the falls from a distance. It’s a more relaxed way to take in the waterfall’s beauty, and a great option if you’re not up for a long walk.
Het is 50 minuten rijden naar de volgende waterval.
Visit Banyu Wana Amertha Waterfall
Next up is Banyu Wana Amertha Waterfall, a stunning collection of four waterfalls that are well worth the visit. The waterfalls are accessible via a simple 20-minute hike, but if you're not in the mood to walk, you can take a motorbike for just 50,000 IDR (less than € 3). We personally enjoyed the hike, it’s really easy and rewarding. The entrance fee is 40,000 IDR (a little over €2), with an additional 2,000 IDR for scooter parking. Plan to spend at least an hour here, and don’t miss the chance to take a refreshing dip in the cool waters!
Het duurt ongeveer 30 minuten om uw dinerplek van de dag te bereiken.
Local dinner at Warung Genitri
Wrap up your first day with dinner at Warung Genitri, a very local and cute restaurant with the friendliest staff. Their nasi campur is a fantastic choice to sample a little bit of everything on their menu. We really recommend getting this if it’s your first time at Genitri! Also, make sure to arrive about 45 minutes before sunset. That way you’ll be able to snag one of the few tables with the best views. The sunset at Warung Genitri is really something special, watching the sun dip behind the mountains in the distance.
