A relaxing morning at the campsite 🌞
As you can see, I chose to relax in the sunshine at the campsite. The past two days had been quite tiring due to the altitude gain, and a game of Rummikub sounded appealing to us. We stayed until after lunchtime before heading back to the parking lot, which was about 5 kilometers from the campsite. From there, we drove back home. For the avid hikers: today, you also have the option to tackle a 21-kilometer section of the Lee Trail. This route takes you further along beautiful ridges with breathtaking views—truly worth it! The hike concludes right at the parking lot in Kautenbach.
