During our holiday with thirteen friends, we visited Château de Nalys in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Our appointment was scheduled at 4 PM. We chose the “4 tastings + charcuterie” package, priced at €19 per person. For the designated drivers in our group, there was an alternative option: no wine tastings but charcuterie for €9 per person.
The tasting lasted about an hour. Our host gave us plenty of explanations about the wines, the estate, and the region. The wines were delightful and paired beautifully with the charcuterie.
After the tasting, we were free to stroll around the vineyard on our own. Even without a guide, it was a lovely way to end this flavorful and convivial experience. 🍷
