Ortenau - and more specifically Durbach - is blessed with a huge amount of rolling vineyards, making it the perfect place to hike. Stunning views, literally everywhere you go. Check out Komoot for a suiting hike, from 4 up to 15 kms. The highlight? Schloss Staufenberg, right on top of one of the hills. Not only is it great to look at itself, you can also stop by for a drink on their terrace - overlooking the region with a glass of local wine in your hand. A must when visiting the Black Forest!
