One of the first things you notice in Warsaw is the Palace of Culture and Science. This '50s building was a gift from Stalin to the city of Warsaw. It is said that Stalin sent his best architects to New York for inspiration. The resemblance is uncanny.
Standing on a large plaza in the city center, is rises at more than 230m high. The tower is open to the public and offers a unique viewpoint from the top floors. The outside, covered gallery is a unique 360° panoramic viewpoint. You can enjoy the dense city center trafic and enjoy the sunset over the Central Business District that is standing next to the tower.
