Day 2 — Into the Roman countryside

We left the bustle of the city behind and headed to I Casali del Pino, the Fendi family’s stunning agriturismo just outside Rome. Surrounded by olive groves and wide open fields, the property offers panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets. We spent the afternoon exploring the grounds by mountain bike, taking in the fresh air and quiet beauty of the countryside. Dinner was served at their zero-kilometre restaurant, where everything on the plate is grown or raised on-site. As the sun dipped below the hills, we were treated to one of the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve ever seen.
