Lunch in Fiscardo
Go spend a quiet morning at Petani beach to the fishing village of Fiscardo. It is one of the places on the island that has remained completely intact after a strong earthquake in the 90s. This means you can stroll among colorful houses from the past, all surrounded by water. Sailboats or yachts also find their way to Fiscardo, so there is always something to experience here. Lunch tip: the cozy terrace of Fishkardo. Relax for an hour afterwards at the charming city beach "Zavalata Beach". Enjoy!

Through Eliza was here, I found the Sant'Agata villas on the Paliki peninsula in Kefalonia. 5 perfectly maintained villas close to some attractions on the island. Hostess Ionna welcomes you with a sincere smile and some local products. She is also happy to share her ultimate tips on the island with you. Around 11 a.m., a local baker comes by with a kind of food truck where you can buy Greek specialties. Delicious! Tip: set your alarm just before sunrise, as you can admire it from your terrace. Dinner at sunset
A place where you can only say "WOW": Ladokolla Stin Plagia. A fifteen-minute drive from the Sant'Agata Villas and the perfect spot to sit down an hour before sunset. Enjoy the local delicacies they serve, and if you're lucky, a live band plays traditional Greek music. Beautiful place.
