Rent a scooter and go from one bay to another today! Ending the day with a wine tasting and stunner of a sunset.
Morning stroll in Santa Maria
First stop with the scooter: Santa Maria. The biggest village of the island (although still mini 😉), so the best pick for buying some souvenirs.
Lunch at Pa.Pe.Ro
Next stop: Rinella, in the south of the island. Have a seat at PaPeRo for a nice & local lunch.
Afternoon chillings at Spiaggia di Rinella
Spend the afternoon relaxing at the neighboring volcanic beach. Really stunning and the water is nice & warm (because of the black stone bottom). ‘Da Jo’ offers sunbeds and a cute terrace for a drink.
Drink with a view!
While walking back to our scooter, we bumped into ‘Miro Bar’. A very local and traditional place with a 💯💯💯 view! Plus: you get some free bites when you order a glass of wine 😉

Sunset at Spiaggia di Pollara
This beach was the backdrop of the famous Italian movie ‘Il Postino’. And you can see why: its location will make your mouth drop 😄. Located right under high cliffs and looking out on the sunset, this is one for the books! Our most special moment in Salina. 🫶🏼
