Amboseli National Park
With views on Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli National Park is a location you simply can't skip when in Kenya. The nature is different again, always with the snow-covered top of "Mnt Kili" as a backdrop. Next to some exciting game drives, it's a nice to place to relax a bit as well.
Stay at Angama Amboseli
Where shall I start? Angama Amboseli isn’t like any other African lodge you have seen. It’s as unique as it can get, with architecture that leaves your mouth open. The rooms are made from a mix of cement & elephant dung making them fit perfectly in the natural surroundings. Love how the windows are positioned in ways so that the sunshine always finds a way of sneaking in. If you’re lucky, you’ll find elephants grazing in front of your terrace. Magical to say the least… Each day is different here - staff will be surprising you with bush lunches, sunset drinks, game drives, a visit from a local Maasai tribe, … Stay at least three nights to experience it all. Last but not least: the food. Wauw, that was something else here. From morning ‘till late at night you’ll be treated to dishes made with the freshest ingredients. Game drive in Amboseli NP
At the foot of the iconic Mount Kilimanjaro lies Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s most breathtaking wildlife reserves. Hundreds of elephant herds steal the show here. Especially in the soft morning light, it almost doesn't feel real.
