Beach hopping on Koh Tao
Explore some of the prettiest beaches on Koh Tao: Haad Sai Daeng Beach, Sai Nuan Beach, and Sairee Beach.
Start your day with a refreshing stop at Net Fruit Shake
Kickstart your day on Koh Tao with a delicious, refreshing smoothie. Among all the options we’ve tried, Net Fruit Shake stands out as the top spot for the best smoothies on the island! The cool part about this place is that you can customize your drink to your own taste. Choose your favorite fruits, add some sugar if needed, and let Net make your shake to order perfectly. Don’t forget to say hello to the cute cat that always hangs out here!
Just 10 minutes on your scooter and you’ll arrive on the first beach of the day.
Relax at Haad Sai Daeng Beach
The first beach of the day is the beautiful Haad Sai Daeng Beach, located on the south(-east) side of the island. It offers an exclusive retreat with sunbeds, as well as some of the clearest waters you’ll ever see. In addition, it’s a great place to go snorkeling and spot a turtle or two! And when you’re hungry, head over to Coral View Bar for lunch. They have a wide range of food options, and serve the best homemade lemonades!
A 10-minute scooter ride takes you to the west side of the island.
Some more relaxation at Sai Nuan Beach
If you thought Haad Sai Daeng Beach was secluded, wait till you discover Sai Nuan Beach. This pair of stunning beaches offers the perfect escape from the crowds for some well-deserved relaxation. While the main beach is free to enjoy, there’s a small fee to access the second beach. But trust us, the second beach stole our hearts, so don’t miss out on exploring it too!
The last beach of the day is just 10 minutes away.

Sunset views at Sairee Beach
Time to visit Koh Tao’s most famous beach: Sairee Beach. This beach is the perfect way to end your Koh Tao day trip, because the sunsets are absolutely magical here. Find a cozy spot on the beach with your favorite drinks and soak in the beauty of the colors in the sky. Watching the sun sink in the sea was one of the most romantic moments of our trip to Thailand!
