Kayaking in Loch Lomond

We participated in the kayaking activity 🛶 and were expected to be at Luss Beach by 9:30 AM at the latest. Loch Lomond Leisure provided us with the necessary equipment. By 10:00 AM, we were ready to hit the water! We had an hour to paddle through Loch Lomond. The surroundings are beautiful, with the mountains in the background. Just keep in mind that the current can be very strong.

Views for days

A must-see on your route is the breathtaking Three Sisters Viewpoint, where you are treated to panoramic views of the three majestic ridges on the Bidean Nam Bian Mountain - the most photographed spot in Glencoe! The viewpoint, as the name suggests, offers the best views of these peaks. At the Lochan Trail, you have the opportunity to stretch your legs on three different walks, each lasting between 30 and 45 minutes.

One last stop

The final stop of the day is the fairytale-like Eilean Donan Castle, an icon of Scottish pride and heritage, situated on an island surrounded by waters. If you have enough time, you can still visit it, so be sure to check the opening hours. You'll spend the night in your rooftop tent at the Reraig campsite, nestled in the heart of nature. Be sure to check in before 9 PM.
