Did you know the German Black Forest is not only great for hiking, but also for skiing? The Feldberg ski area is the largest one of the national park, has an altitude of about 1.400 meters and offers 29 kilometers of fun slopes for winter sports enthusiasts. There are plenty of beginner slopes as well as some challenging red and even black ones for more experienced skiers. And at only about 6 hours driving from Brussels, it's the perfect destination for a short ski. The best starting point is from the Seebuck parking lot, from where you can take the lift up straight away and start enjoying the slopes!
