Okay, if you haven’t tried RORU in Leuven yet, get yourself there ASAP. First, their yuzu lemonade is a game changer, refreshing, tangy, and everything your taste buds have been waiting for. Crazy refreshing. The gyoza? Perfection, juicy on the inside and totally addictive. The fried shrimp? 12/10. I’d eat them every day if I could. Now, let’s talk about those curry rice bowls with chicken. Honestly, they’re everything you want when it comes to comfort food, warm, hearty, and satisfying. The flavors are spot on, and I could eat that bowl 24/7 and never get tired of it. But then... the beef bowl happened. It tastes like stoofvlees (Belgian stew), and that is not what I signed up for. Big disappointment there, trust me, you can skip it. The vibe inside is bold with all that red decor, giving off some serious edgy Tokyo street vibes, and the terrace is perfect for people watching while you stuff your face with all this goodness. So, yeah, skip the beef bowl, but everything else? Total win.
