Being in such a beautiful hotel, you just have to stay in and enjoy the property. We did so by walking some of their walking trails and afterwards just relaxing by the pool. Dolce far niente!

An historical city that you just must visit when in Tuscany: San Gimignano. The soft orange sun against the ancient buildings whilst hearing little birds fly by, just has something very romantic. Best dinner spot (local but high quality food): Osteria San Giovanni. They have such a cute terrace right on the street.
