La Dolce Vita on the Amalfi Coast
This day covers the must see/do spots along the Amalfi Coast for me. Driving along the famous coastline, visiting Ravello and living La Dolce Vita in Praiano.

Drive down the famous Amalfi Coast
You of course can't visit the Amalfi Coast without driving down the famous coastline. When starting at Sorrento, make sure to take the right road, near the sea (there are two roads leading to Positano and the other villages). Follow the coastline all the way to the furthest village, Ravello, and stop to take in the views and to have a fresh juice in one of the typical fruit stalls. Oh, and a little tip: a scooter is better than a car here. The roads are tiny and it's often very busy. So you're a bit more flexible with a scooter, and it's handier to park too.

Visit Ravello
One of the must-see places in this region is the little village Ravello. As it's located a bit higher, you have amazing views over the sea and hills. Walk around here a bit, and definitely pay the entrance to the gardens. Best view of Ravello is to be seen at that spot.

Lunch at Casa Angelina
Ready for the pasta of your life?! In Praiano, you can find a stunning boutique hotel, Casa Angelina. Nice to know: this hotel was also designed by architect Marco de Luca from Maison La Minervetta. A totally different style, yet at least as unique and stylish as La Minervetta. Casa Angelina is a must-do for, at least, lunch. Their terrace overlooks the Amalfi Coast and... they serve the best pasta I ever ate (true!!). Check out the secret tip to see which one it is. Then just sit back and enjoy the view. La Dolce Vita! Make sure to book a table in advance.
From Angelina, you can walk down to One Fire Beach.

Chill at One Fire Beach
One Fire Beach is one of the charming beach bars located at the Gavitella Beach in Praiano. For me, the perfect spot in the region to chill out. The water is super blue and you can choose to just lay down on/near the rocks or to book a sunbed for a few hours.
foot On the walk up to the main street of Praiano, you will pass a super authentic sunset bar. Stop here for a handmake cocktail and, yet again :-), a stunning view.

Sunset cocktails at Café Mirante
Probably my best tip of the whole holiday: cocktails at Café Mirante! We went there during the day (as you can see on the pictures), yet it's even better during sunset. The owner makes fresh cocktails served with handmade bruschetta in a little stall on the path towards the beach. Not reachable by car, so quite a hidden spot. Super super cosy! Perfect to end the day.
