Finca Casanga is a small family owned coffee farm in the highlands of Boquete. Andi and Rick are really passionate about coffee and try to go the extra mile as they believe coffee is not just a drink, but should be an experience. First we had a small tour on the farm where we learned all about the process. We learned how to perfectly roast coffee beans and even packed them to take home with us. Eventually we tasted some coffee brewed in three ways to learn about the different taste. Andi and Rick were so very kind and passionated, they immediately made us feel welcome! A must try when you are in Boquete!
