Our favorite beach in Sardinia
Today we relaxed on maybe the most beautiful beach in Sardinia - our even Europe! Spiaggia delle Vacche, litteraly called 'Cow Beach', is only accessible via a 20-30min hike along the coast crawling over some large boulders. It's not super easy, but it should not be a problem for most of you. Jenn was almost 6 months pregnant and managed it without any difficulty.

Spiaggia delle Vacche
Searching for the best beach of northern Sardinia? We found it! Spiaggia delle vacche — or “Cow Beach” — is the perfect combination of a secluded beach and a gorgeous little hike to get there. From the payed parking called “Pargecchio Cala Girgolu” (see address for exact location) it’s 20-30 minutes walk. You’ll first take the road “Via dei Marmi” until you see some stairs down to your left with an arrow indicating “Spiaggia delle Vacche”. From there on you reach a little beach and you’ll see a path over the rocks and boulders. Along the 20 mins hike you’ll cross 3-4 little beaches until you reach the “bigger” final beach. Bring your own lunch and drinks since there is no facilities here. Just you and nature (and a few other people who found this gem). Be sure to take everything back with you to keep this natural beauty clean!
