If you're looking for a healthy breakfast spot in Rotterdam, Joe & the Juice is definitely worth checking out. They offer a variety of delicious juices, smoothies, and breakfast options that are sure to leave you feeling energized and satisfied. While the food and juices were undeniably delicious, we did find that the portions were rather small. Nevertheless, the quality of the ingredients and the cozy atmosphere are a great start to your day in Rotterdam! Also, bonus points for Joe & the Juice for including the calories on the menu. Great way to ensure you're staying withing your daily colorie intake ;-).

Marvel at the famous cube houses
The Cube Houses are an architectural gem that simply cannot be missed. Designed by Dutch architect Piet Blom in the 1970s, these houses are a striking example of the innovative architecture that Rotterdam is famous for. The houses are built in the shape of cubes tilted at a 45-degree angle, creating a visually stunning effect. We went all the way up to the "central courtyard" and spent almost half an hour looking up. Our necks hurt a little, but it was so worth it!
Je hebt waarschijnlijk honger, maar vrees niet: eten is (letterlijk) om de hoek! Steek gewoon het plein over bij station Blaak, dit zou je ongeveer 5 minuten moeten kosten.

Markthal is a food lover's paradise that simply cannot be missed. This indoor market is home to a wide variety of food stands and cuisines, offering something for everyone. We recommend going all the way around first to see where you want to order, so you don't have any regrets. The market itself is stunning as well, make sure to admire the beautiful ceiling ;-). The bustling atmosphere and delicious smells make for an unforgettable experience!

Je eindbestemming is misschien wel de bekendste attractie van heel Rotterdam. Afhankelijk van het weer kun je er in 20 minuten te voet komen of in 5 minuten met de auto. We raden echt aan om een mooie wandeling te maken die je langs de Leuvehaven (haven) leidt, zodat je alle boten, jachten en schepen kunt bewonderen!
