Zon, Zee en Skyline: Een Dag van Strandgenot en Dineren op het Dak
Verwen uzelf met de belichaming van tropische luxe, onze dag ontvouwde zich bij Petti Petti, waar het zonovergoten strand en het uitnodigende zwembad ons lokten. Het zachte zand van het strand van Petti Petti bood het perfecte canvas voor ontspanning, of het nu ging om genieten van de warme gloed of een verfrissende duik in het kristalheldere water. De zwembadzijde bood een rustige oase, omringd door weelderig groen, wat een idyllische setting creëerde om te ontspannen en de kustsfeer op te snuiven. Naarmate de dag vorderde, waagden we ons in de uitnodigende omhelzing van El Reve, een verborgen juweeltje met een ongelooflijke eetervaring op het dak. Hoog boven, schilderden de panoramische uitzichten een betoverende achtergrond voor onze avond. De ambiance bij El Reve was niets minder dan magisch terwijl de zon gracieus onder de horizon zakte, en tinten van amber en goud over de lucht verspreidde.
Swim and relax at Petti Petti
Petti Petti, positioned right on the beach, presents an enchanting hideaway, inviting visitors to unwind throughout the day. Its infinity pool, complemented by comfortable beanbags makes it a very nice spot to just sit back and relax. The pool can be used free of charge when you have a drink or take a meal. This beachfront establishment offers a stunning view of the Indian Ocean and features an eclectic menu with decadent Western and Sri Lankan bites, accompanied by exquisite tropical cocktails. It emerges as an ideal locale for indulging in sunset drinks and dinner. While the comfort and ambiance at Petti Petti are undeniably exceptional, it's worth noting that this experience comes with a slightly higher price tag. The growing popularity suggests its status as a noteworthy spot.
Dine at Il Reve
Overlooking Mirissa from the sixth floor already makes this restaurant a go to spot. Add sand, a cosy boho design and great food, and you don’t get why this isn’t the best hotspot in town already. Il Reve restaurant is located near the main road and can be found by following a small alley to an elevator. It might seem sketchy at first but once you reach the sixth floor, you’ll be entering an amazing restaurant!
