Chateau Launois
Book a lunch well on beforehand with Chateau Launois. You will arrive in the 'acceuil', where you'll be served a couple of glasses of Champange. The hosts will lead you to the chateau (10 minute drive from the acceuil). The wonderful people of Chateau Launois are happy to welcome you and show your table in their old castle: it breathes history with the age old interior and quirky little details. The lunch is traditionally French, but very well executed. Be prepared to drink a lot of Champagne, as it is unlimited.

Apéro at Le Clos
Le Clos might be coolest bar in Reims: a big Champagne menu, a versatile wine list and some really good snacks. Sit in front, sit in the back, sit inside: each place has a different vibe. Very good for kids, but also for groups of friends as Le Clos organizes some fun events in the weekends.
