À la découverte des classiques de Normandie
Que pensez-vous en entendant Normandie ? Exactement ! Huîtres, poisson frais, la mer et des centres-villes historiques. Découvrez tout cela le premier jour de ce voyage ☀️
Spend the morning in the city of Rouen
Rouen is the historical capital of Normandy and a must when you're visiting the region. It's quite big so you can easily spend a full day here, strolling through historical alleys and hopping from one authentic bar/terrace to the other. The city is also known for all its antic shops ("brocantes"), the cathedral and a big astrological clock. Oh, and did you know that Disney based its decors in their parks on the houses in Rouen? Reasons enough to pay a visit! 😊 Perfect as a first stop of your trip.
Les distances en Normandie sont assez grandes d'un endroit à l'autre, donc vous avez définitivement besoin d'une voiture ici.
Local fish market & oyster bar
When you say Normandy, you say fresh fish. So what better way to discover this delicious part of the region than by visiting a local fish market? Head to Trouville-sur-Mer and find "Bar Les P'tits Mousses". Hop on their terrace and ask the waiter to surprise you with a mix of fresh seafood. Y-U-M!

Sunset stroll in Trouville-sur-Mer
When the sun starts to set, go out and stroll on the road next to the beach of Trouville-sur-Mer. You'll see locals playing "Jeu de Boules", elderly catching some sunlight and children playing with balls on the beach. Such a lovely and peaceful vibe over here! Craving some fresh mussels? Find a seat on the terrace of "Les Viviers" and you'll get the front-row sea view for free.
