Tucked away in the Sicilian wheat fields, Susafa is the ultimate refuge to slow down and de-stress. Only yellow fields, hundreds of birds and cows will accompany you here. … and a beautiful design, too. The resort was built in a way that perfectly blends with the surroundings. I recommend staying here max 2 nights, as there is nothing much to see other than the nature around. You fill your days here with relaxing, eating straight out of their garden and some unique experiences (see later).

One of the experiences included in a Susafa stay is a pasta cooking class by a true Italian chef. Loved it!
Sunset of a lifetime
Get yourself a spot around the pool to watch the sun go down. Nothing compares to a Susafa sunset if you ask me… The fields turn completely orange. Magic. Afterwards, head to the restaurant for a delicious dinner.
