Une journée à Davos, Suisse
Davos est le berceau des passionnés de sports d'hiver. Pour cette excursion d'une journée, vous n'avez pas besoin d'être un skieur, un snowboardeur ou un skieur de fond professionnel. Neige, soleil et plaisir : c'est ainsi que nous pouvons décrire cette journée. D'abord, nous avons fait une randonnée depuis le village (situé dans les Grisons) jusqu'au sommet nommé Strelapass. Ensuite, un bien mérité Aperol Spritz a été servi au Strelapashut avant de redescendre. Pour se ravitailler à nouveau, nous avons ensuite dégusté une fondue dans un restaurant panoramique appelé "restaurant panorama". Pour terminer cette journée fantastique avec encore plus de plaisir, nous avons dévalé les pentes nocturnes de Schatzalp. Quelle journée incroyable !
Hike to Strelapass
We had one goal today: hike to the Strelapass (aka Aperol Spritz at 2300 meters). The route to the top was very easy to walk, with great paths and magnificent views. There are a lot of spots to take a break, the picnic spots are even marked on the map. Enjoy the sun on your skin and the panoramic views! Find our hike via the GPX in the link.
Fondue in the panoramic restaurant
After hiking down, you cross a very nice restaurant with a panoramic view of the valley. We couldn’t resist having fondue in this restaurant. The prices are more like Swiss prices (ofcourse), but we think it is all worth it. We really enjoyed (almost) ending the day here. Maybe you spot some magnificent sunsets during your fondue.
Sledge down by night
To really end the day in style, we’ve decided to rent a sledge and take the night slope to sledge down. It only costs 15 Swiss frank for one sledge, and you can leave the sledge at the start of the Schatzalp cable car in the valley. If you don’t like to sledge down, or your stomach is too full with cheese after the fondue? Then you can easily take the cable car down to the valley. It’s free after 6 PM and it’s accessible until 11 PM. But check the times again before you go. Once we’ve arrived at the start of the cable car, we could easily give the sledges back and walk to our car. What an end of the day.
