Hustle & bustle, fish & fruit and vegetables: that is the Saturday morning market of Olhão. The two striking red Mercados are open daily, but on Saturday morning, a few other local vendors gather around the Mercados. On our cooking menu for the evening? 1kg of clams, 1 lemon, a few cloves of garlic, and a bunch of flat parsley. Delicious!
