Spain Workation Day 2
Today, we have our check-in at the amazing hotel Seaside Los Jameos in Puerto del Carmen. Furthermore, we enjoy a perfect end-of-the-day on Famara beach.
Check-in at Seaside Los Jameos
Our arrival at Seaside Los Jameos was very welcoming, and despite our early arrival, we were immediately allowed to use all the facilities of this incredible hotel. Including a full lunch, where we couldn't believe our luck with all the delicious food options! From our hotel room we had a perfect view over the garden with the beautiful swimming pool, and in the distance we could even see the sea. I could get used to this working view! :)
Unwinding at Famara Beach
From our hotel we drove to Famara beach, which is located more to the north of the island. It was about 30 minutes driving from Puerto del Carmen. I have been told that this is the best surf spot in Lanzarote. A perfect place to unwind with your feet in the sand and staring at the blue waves. And maybe to take surfing lessons yourself!
Visit the whitewashed town Teguise
Teguise can be found near Famara beach (15 minutes by car) and is located in the middle of Lanzarote. A nice and small village to take a look around, visit some boutiques and maybe eat some local tapas.
