The great crossing
By car, we drive all the way to Harlingen, where we make the 'great' crossing to the island of Terschelling. We check in and then go surfing!
INCHECKEN
After 50 minutes of sailing, we arrive in Terschelling. (There are 2 different ferries, one of 50 minutes and one of 2 hours) We check in at Camping Mast. We rent the ranger lodge for the whole weekend. This location is ideal as it is in the middle of the island. There are 5 habitable Wadden Islands. The popular Texel is one of them, but besides that, the lesser-known islands such as Vlieland, Ameland, Schiermonnikoog, and the Terschelling we visited are definitely worth it.

SURFEN MAAR!
Book a surf lesson and discover the waves of the North Sea. (Really recommended!) The lessons take place from May to the end of October and are perfectly doable with a wetsuit on.

'PURA VIDA' is the name of the popular food bar in Terschelling. So popular that they even have two locations on the island.
