Get ready for a day hike in Jebel Akhdar

We started our day hike at Diana's viewpoint and went downhill to the village. We followed the water where a track was marked with green dots. Following that track until we reached a river crossing where we switched paths and started to follow the white track in stead. This track brought us back up until we've reached the palace on the plateau. After the palace we followed the tracks of the 3 villages walk until we've reached back our lovely hotel. It's a hike that is a bit 'off the beaten track', which we love. Unfortunately we found a lot of trash along the track. At some point we decided to pick up the trash we could as it was very disturbing to us. Nevertheless, one of the top 3 hikes ever done :-)! Bring enough food and beverages, which we didn't oops! You won't be able to find a store to buy water or snacks.
