Bangkok: city buzz and hidden gems
We started our trip in Bangkok — loud, busy, chaotic in the best way. It was overwhelming at first, but quickly addicting. Days were filled with temples, boat rides, and sweating our way through street markets in search of mango sticky rice or pad Thai straight from the wok. One evening, we joined a local food tour and wandered through tucked-away alleys and night markets, tasting everything from spicy noodles to coconut pancakes. Another day, we escaped the city for a trip to the floating markets — boats stacked with fruit and steaming pots of food drifting past us. A wonderful start to our trip.
