No crowded wellness resort, just pure nature. The salt pans are part of a protected nature reserve, home to flamingos, storks, and many other bird species. You wrap up the experience on the cozy terrace with a refreshing drink, or by browsing the little shop filled with local products - perfect for experimenting in the kitchen later.
