First day in Aragon
It is time to begin the adventure, the first day is filled with exploring the region and everything it has to offer, and it's a lot!

Explore the village of Secastilla (where the cottage is located)
After some good breakfast it is time to explore the village! Secastilla is one of many beautiful traditional villages of the region. Full of heritage and colorful spanish buildings. Take your time, there are many nice little corners and details to see

Visit the Santuario de Torreciudad
Torreciudad is a shrine located in northeastern Spain, near the town of Secastilla in the province of Huesca, Aragon. It is a significant religious site and a place of pilgrimage, particularly for devotees of the Virgin Mary. Expect the bluest water you have ever seen, good views of the Pyrenees and peek inside this architectural masterpiece.

Visit picturesque Graus
Have a stroll through the beautiful town of Graus, the hub of the region. Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Graus is known for its rich history, charming architecture, and beautiful natural surroundings. Don't forget to have a good Spanish lunch at the Plaza Mayor, the main square of the town.
Drive up to the mountains
Visit the Dag Shang Kagyu Buddhist Center
Only 20 minutes by car from Graus, there is this beautiful Buddhist center. It serves as a retreat center and spiritual hub for practitioners of the Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Immerse yourself, relax and take in the amazing views of the region from this mountain top.
