First things first: checking in!

Rent a scooter or car
Fully relaxed? Time to rent a scooter or car to spend the next few days exploring the island! This ensures you have the freedom to discover all there is to see on the island, because what’s the fun in staying inside all day? We recommend looking online for rental places near you and giving them a call. We did this and they picked us up at our hotel (free of charge) to take us back to their office. They also dropped us off at our hotel at the end of our rental, which saved us the headache of finding transportation back to our hotel when we dropped of our vehicle.
Taste some local wines at Grampsas Winery
What better way to end your first day than with some local wines? Grampsas Winery is one of the most beautiful wineries of the island, the romantic setting and atmosphere here are just perfect. Try some wines and ask for a table for dinner, soooo romantic and delicious! They offer various wine-tasting formulas (with or without food, only whites and rose, solely red wines, etc.). We found an amazing rosé wine here on our first day that we could even order in various restaurants all over the island during our time on Zakynthos. What a great way to start your holidays!
