Hop in your Sunny Cars rental car

A must in Ibiza: having an all-in insured rental car to get you around the most beautiful places on the island. My go-to has been Sunny Cars for years, as their prices are always including all necessary insurances. 100% worry-free, so would 100% recommend.

Stay at Aguas de Ibiza

I got invited for a stay at eco-luxury five star hotel Aguas de Ibiza and it didn't disappoint. There's something instantly relaxing about this place - whether it's the warm welcome, the adult only rooftop pools, the wellness (biggest on the island) or the bohemian interior. It's located very central on the island, making sure you can reach almost any place within 30 minutes. Make sure to take a walk around the Santa Eularia marina at sunrise and when the sun disappears again, make your way to the top floor for some tasty cocktails with a view. Afterwards, finish your day at the Peruvian Maymante restaurant. Delicious!

Lunch at Los Enamorados

Book yourself a table at the idyllic terrace of Los Enamorados, a hotel & restaurant with a unique hippie-like atmosphere. You won’t find anything like it on the island. Go for a freshly grilled piece of meat or fish and buy a local souvenir in the shop right after.

Chill at Cala Xarraca

Spend the afternoon at Cala Xarraca, a picturesque little bay on the northern side of Ibiza. Many locals come and chill here too. I suggest to not go to the main beach, yet go and find a spot on the rocks on the right side of the bay. It's more quiet and you'll find some places to jump in the water from. A vibe. ☀️

Peruvian rooftop dining at Maymanta

Dining with a sunset view whilst discovering a new cuisine? That's Maymanta in Ibiza! This poolside rooftop gem was my favorite restaurant during our Ibiza trip. The Peruvian cuisine of chef Omar Malpartida surprised us with every bite, whilst looking at boats entering the Santa Eularia marina after a day out sailing. A dream-like setting! Did you know that "Maymanta" means "Origin" in Quecha, a language in the Andes region? Chef Omar chose this name as his first culinary is that of his grandmother Maria cooking during family dinners. These moments where his first memories of his precious origins. No wonder you taste such precise and passion in each dish. A must when visiting the island!
