I got invited for a stay at eco-luxury five star hotel Aguas de Ibiza and it didn't disappoint. There's something instantly relaxing about this place - whether it's the warm welcome, the adult only rooftop pools, the wellness (biggest on the island) or the bohemian interior. It's located very central on the island, making sure you can reach almost any place within 30 minutes.
Make sure to take a walk around the Santa Eularia marina at sunrise and when the sun disappears again, make your way to the top floor for some tasty cocktails with a view. Afterwards, finish your day at the Peruvian Maymante restaurant. Delicious!
