After a breathtaking drive through the mountains of Andalucia, your navigation system will guide you to a tucked away Hacienda between the olive trees. While driving through the gates of the hotel, you'll immediately feel this is a place to slow down. Your car is parked just at the olive grove with mountain views. Walking to reception, already gives you a clear view on the small, but very appealing infinity pool. We knew immediately we'd spend a lot of our time in those comfy bean bags.
The rooms have all you need: comfy bed, a clean bathroom, a small fridge to store your food & drinks and a balcony that serves olive grove views and most of all... SILENCE. The silence here is of another level, making a big contrast with our rushed days we left behind in Belgium. We felt this place was the perfect first stop of our Andalucia trip, the one where we would wash off all stress and get used to letting our bodies rest.
The breakfast buffet offers anything you like. My boyfriend went for big breakfasts (eggs, bread, bacon, cheese) and I went for light ones (yoghurt, fresh fruit, granola, coffee). Since the morning sun in October is a bit chilly, we sat inside. The restaurant area had big windows, so we didn't miss any of the view during breakfast.
