Carrefour Plage Gros Sable, Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe

Check-in at Le Relais du Moulin

If you want to explore the islands the best way, then split up your stays between Grande Terre and Basse Terre. In Grande Terre, we chose for Le Relais du Moulin. Here, you stay in cute little cottages and can opt to include both breakfast and dinner in your stay. Would definitely recommend, as their restaurant serves very tasty food! Extra upsides of this place: - Large pool area - Wellness

A must on the island: a rental car to get you everywhere 🚘

Pointe des Châteaux, Saint-François, Guadeloupe

Visit Pointe des Chateaux

First activity on Guadeloupe: head to the outer East side of the island for a stunning hike or just a quick look on the amazing viewpoint you have here.

Lunch at La Colombo

At just a 15’ drive from Pointe des Chateaux, you’ll find a super cute lunch spot right next to the sea: La Colombo. Don’t expect arty interiors in Guadeloupe, yet all places are super traditional and they work with what they have. Raw & beautiful!

Plage de Bois Jolan, Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe

Chill at Plage du Bois Jolan

Our absolute favorite beach in Guadeloupe (Gwada for the locals 😉): Plage du Bois Jolan. No sunbeds - just you, crystal clear water, coconuts and palmtrees.

Ficareto, Poggio-Mezzana, France

Sunset at Plage Caravelle

The internet said this place was too touristy, as it’s the beach that’s located next to Club Med. We’ll, I say it’s a super chill spot with many places to put down your towel and enjoy the last sun rays of the day with a Caraib (local beer) in your hand. Surf or kite lovers can also rent material or book a lesson here!
