Very early wake up call for the best phở of your life. This place is well known amongst locals and has a michelin star. It's only open for 3.5 hours in the morning from 6.30am - 10am and they tend to sell out quickly! So be here before 8am! For just a small bowl it cost me 2euros. I've had more phở's during my 2 week trip and they never exceeded this one.
