Our favorite burrito spot in Mexico: Burrito Amor 🌯

If you're looking for the best burritos in Mexico, look no further than Burrito Amor. We discovered this place during one of our first days in Mexico and honestly, we’re so happy that we did! We went back multiple times and tried almost everything on the menu, and we can honestly say that no matter which one you order, it will be incredible. If you do want some recommendations, the rib-eye is so good. Filled with marinated rib-eye, beans, onion, pico de gallo, and avocado, it’s incredible! Probably the best burrito you can get, anywhere. For vegetarians, we recommend the vegetarian one with bell peppers, onion, beans, cheese, avocado, and bell peppers. What made the experience at Burrito Amor even better were the sauces that come with each meal: the chipotle sauce (pink, our favorite), the avocado sauce (green), and the habanero sauce (white, a bit spicy, but so good). What makes Burrito Amor even better (and more accessible), is that they have two locations: one in Valladolid and one in Tulum. Of course, we tried both, and both are amazing! The only difference is that the location in Tulum only has one size, while the one in Valladolid offers both regular and large options. You can add some protein (chicken, meat) to your burrito in Tulum, though, but the size of the tortilla itself will stay the same.
