Most people take the cable car or staircase, but if you're up for a little adventure, here’s my favourite route: Hop on a bus to Boseong Middle & High School Entrance and cross the road—there, a scenic hiking trail through Namsan Park winds up to the top. 🌿 It’s a peaceful walk, surrounded by nature, but heads up—the last stretch gets a little steep! Bring a water bottle, especially on warm days.
Once at the summit, take your time exploring the viewing platforms or head inside the tower for an even higher vantage point. Oh, and don’t forget to check out the love locks—a sweet tradition among visitors. When it’s time to head back, skip the cable car line and take the stairway down next to it—it’s an easy descent with more gorgeous views along the way.
