If you love meat, quiet places, and local food, you should visit ‘U Nichjaretu’. It’s a hidden spot in the mountains where they serve traditional Corsican dishes, mostly meat, cooked over a fire in front of you. You can enjoy the meal while looking at the mountains and the sea. It’s a very local and authentic place, mostly visited by Corsicans, and a little hard to find, but that makes it special. The portions are big, and the meat is cooked perfectly. It feels like a real Corsican experience. I highly recommend stopping by, enjoying the food, and then taking a walk down to the sea to relax.
