I stumbled upon Emerald Beach in the afternoon and ended up staying all the way until sunset. The place was filled with kangaroos, hopping around with the backdrop of cliffs, the beach, and the endless sea. Somehow, I had it almost completely to myself. It felt unreal and I had to pinch myself more than once. It was so beautiful that I came back the next morning for sunrise, just to see it all again. Never in my life had I imagined watching kangaroos right on the beach. What a sight.
