Thanks to a long layover on our way to Malaysia, we got to enjoy a bonus adventure in Istanbul! Turkish Airlines offered a free overnight stay, a lovely surprise, and we made the most of it. We stayed at the charming Armada Hotel, took the metro up north, and walked all the way back, 21 km of wandering through history, vibrant streets, and iconic sights. From Beyoğlu to the Bosphorus, it was a whirlwind day full of impressions, steps (24,608 to be exact!), and a little magic between continents.
