Seurasaari Island and dinner at Kuurna
A day immersed in nature, surrounded by water, culminated with a memorable dining experience to end our trip.

Seurasaari Island
Seurasaari Island is an open-air museum of historical and traditional Finnish houses from the countryside. The island is at the same time a serene oasis of nature, just at a short distance from the city center. We loved walking on the island and discovering the roads that led to the seaside. It was very calm and a great immersion in nature and history.
Take bus 24 back to the center

Café Regatta
Café Regatta is very popular with locals and tourists because it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while admiring the sea view. I must say that you should not visit it for the quality of the drinks and food, but more for the view. The café is located next to Sibelius Park, but unfortunately it was completely closed due to works.

Dinner at Kuurna
Kuurna was our favorite restaurant in Helsinki! It is very cozy and the food is really great! I definitely recommend making a reservation at this romantic restaurant as a culinary highlight of your trip!

Drinks along the waterfront
Just around the corner from Kuurna, you'll find a few cafes lining the waterfront, with the majestic peaks of the Uspenski Cathedral towering above the buildings. This was the perfect ending of our trip!
