A night out in Bologna
From the Dolomites, Bologna is a perfect (short) stop on your way further south. It's a beautiful city, however you can explore it in just a few hours, so don't spend too much time here. We just went for a night and did what you need to do here: eat a real Tagliatelle di Ragu Bolognese. It was delicious. My recommendation:: Osteria del Podesta.
