Discovering the clear water of Almind So
It is said that Almind So has the clearest water of all the lakes in Denmark. We went for a daytrip to this great lake near Silkeborg.

Taking a dip in Almind So
The water of this lake is amazingly clean, and you can jump in for a swim at three different places. At the southern end, there is an area with sand and grass. Be sure to bring your bathing suit, because around the lake, you will pass different places perfect for taking a swim. Two of them have a wooden pier and shallow water, that is ideal for young children.
