Day 2 was a celebration of heritage and tradition, perfectly mirroring the values of Mazda. Our drive took us to the historic city of Oxford, where we strolled through its antic streets and soaked in the atmosphere of this emblematic place. We ended the day in the Cotswolds, a region that’s the very picture of English charm, with its rolling hills and stone cottages. It was a day filled with simple pleasures, scenic drives, and the discovery of England’s timeless beauty.

Stepping through the gates of Magdalen College, Oxford, is like wandering into a place where time stands still. Take a stroll by the River Cherwell, maybe spot a few deer chilling in the park, and perhaps even catch the choir doing their thing – it’s pretty cool.

As you wander through its vibrant alleys, you’re walking the same paths as generations before you. Talking about lunch – it’s a must-do! You can opt for the traditional fish and chips, or you can try the Oxford sausage, the local specialty that's been around since the 18th century. Got a sweet tooth? We ended the day with an ode to the Japanese heritage. Dinner at Yoku in Cheltenham is an experience infused with passion for exceptional Asian cuisine. The ambiance is smart chic, with a dress code to match the fine dining setting. Minutes after you arrived, you'll be offered a delicious sake-infused welcome drink. Our favorite dish? the Wagyu stake, as well as the miso black cod. A must try!
