Just like Mazda values craftsmanship and thoughtful design in every detail, here too, tradition and care shape every oyster. We started with a delicious lunch of fresh oysters and other seafood by the water, an authentic way to taste this part of the Netherlands. Afterwards we did the Oesterij tour to see how oysters are farmed and prepared, learning about the craft and the methods (passed down through generations) that shape Zeeland’s seafood. We ended the day with a short workshop on how to open oysters, which was fun to try ourselves!
