Exploring Napels
As the saying goes, Naples is a city that evokes strong emotions - either love or dislike. Having explored nearly every corner of Italy, I must admit that Naples didn't quite capture my heart as other Italian cities did. However, it serves as an excellent hub for enriching day trips, making it a practical choice to complement your vacation. Staying in Naples often proves to be more budget-friendly, and its abundance of transportation options enhances the convenience of your travels. On our first day, we immersed ourselves in the heart of Naples. Highlights are the following: 1. Taking the cable lift to Montesanto (viewpoint of the city) 2. Toledo metro station (known for its artistic architecture) 3. Galleria Umberto (elegant shopping arcade) 4. Piazza del Plebiscito (square surrounded by historical buildings) 5. Castel dell'Ovo (fortress perched on the waterfront) 6. Quartieri Spagnoli (authentic essence of Naples: witnessing the locals' daily life) 7. Centro Storico (has several restaurants and little local shops)

Dinner at Taverna Dell'Arte
Taverna Dell'Arte is a highly rated cozy restaurant in the Centro Storico with an intimate atmosphere and amazing food.
