I went for dinner at Alfalfa one Friday evening, near the center of Leuven. It's a super cute little restaurant with a well-designed interior and tremendously friendly staff! With an extensive drink menu, it was already off to a good start ;) They operate on a sharing concept, offering a variety of creative dishes to share. While the dinner menu isn't extensive, don't let that deter you. The flavor combinations are exceptional, and there are vegetarian options available as well. We were particularly impressed by the dumplings with chestnut mushrooms and the roasted sweet potato 😋
